SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA - Two Burger King employees in Sacramento, California have been fired over a receipt. Customer Francisco Perez says in addition to his double Whopper and onion rings he also got a food receipt complete with the words "F-You" -- spelled out entirely and in bold capital letters -- not once, but twice.
Burger King Corporation released a statement Wednesday saying the employee and manager involved in the incident were terminated.
BK officials also extended apologies to Francisco Perez who says he was humiliated by the bizarre event.

I have trouble imagining a manager being in on this. If so, he had no sense of self preservation!

It seems the manager blew the guy off when he saw the receipt. He was probably fired for not apologizing and doing the right thing for the customer.

That took some work. The manager would have had to reprogram the system for that one receipt and then change it back.
