Great idea. My best friend organizes a beach trip every year for her entire family on the Carolina beaches. She hires a chef to cook for them and clean up. They also do this when they party S.O.B. at her brother's home in Charleston. Great fun. We'll be doing that with them again when her son (our godchild) gets married next April.

Great idea. Not as expensive as eating at restaurants, no waiting for big groups. PM me if you find someone. I'd like to have a party in SoWal, but not have to do the work.

I would try tablefivechef.com (Phil McDonald). He's a talented chef, and gets good feedback.
