No fancy pictures (except for the beautiful cover photo by Kurt Lischka of Moon Creek Studio) but lots of good recipes. It’s also a work in progress in that it’s designed to be “added to” over time. The first edition of the book contains 200 of my recipes divided into the basic categories of [I]Appetizers, Salads & Dressings, Soups & Gumbos, Vegetables and Sides, Main Dishes and Desserts[/I]. There are two category dividers that have no recipes. The [I]Chef’s Collection [/I]will be recipes from the chefs who’ve graced our kitchen. When we publish the [I]Chef’s Collection [/I]you’ll be able to purchase just the packet of recipes and place them in this book. The [I]Lagniappe [/I]category will be for future additions and updates.
