Most of the on site filming was done this week for the Emeril Florida/South Walton episode to be aired nationally on Cooking Channel in 2013.
Segments have been filmed at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Bud & Alley's Restaurant, Fish Out of Water, and Stinky's Fish Camp, among others.
