I had the pleasure of being at the first Roux 30a cooking class tonight in Grayton Beach.
It was fabulous!
Owners Nikiel Abuvala and Candace Abuvala had sushi chef Andy Myamoto from Sushimoto teaching us how to make perfect sushi. And it was not only perfect, it was delicious.
Look for more cooking classes with the Abuvalas and their guest chefs.
A fun, educational and sumptuous evening.
