Going Rate For SoWal Housecleaning

I have checked into several people offering housecleaning services. All are quoting me about $40-$50 per hour. Is this the going rate here in SoWal? I don't mind paying the going rate, I just want to know if it really is.

Good question. I don't know about an hourly rate, and have never had one quoted that way. I am charged $125 for a 3BR/3B house. The quality of work is the best we have ever had.

yes, that's per cleaning and that rate is about right. Kim, that does mine, does an excellent job and depending on what needs to be done....just cleaning or all bed linens changed....it is about $40 - $50 per hour.

That is what I was thinking, except for the name. I heard that Smiling JOe's gets it really clean by spending much time scrubbing.

My wife cleans condos for Resort Quest, and she does the houses to, she is really good and if you call her I am sure she will give you a good deal, not 50 an hour. She does deep cleans or regular cleans. Her cell number is 850-373-7915, and her name is Ena.

I know a lady that does weekly cleans and charges about $80 a clean for a 3BR house. She works about 3 hours. I would never pay anyone hourly just by the job. I think that is an inflated price, ....i would look around...

Thanks I try to do the best job possible with what is there. My wife does do a heck of a cleaning job, she has been with Resort Quest for 4 years and has seniority so to speak. She will be glad to clean for you and any others.
