I'm not sure, but I saw rice paper for spring rolls at WaterColor publix last week. Look on the shelf to the right of where they keep all of the grapes refrigerated. They also have wraps for egg rolls, but they are located in the refrigerated section near the bell peppers and stuff.

There are a bunch of little places in FWB. I can think of one by the mall, and others on Racetrack and Lewis Turner roads.

I'd think there would be something similar in Panama City because they've probably got the same sort of Asian Air Force wives and their families population that FWB does.

In FWB go right on Beal from 98 be looking on your left for a strip center a bit past Hollywood I believe. Most visible store is Rita's pets-anyway there was an asian market there last time I looked-reasonably stocked...lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves etc...also try El Chapparral while there. Get their carnita tacos. They are the best around down here. Good cooking
