Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to day-to-day guest and owner maintenance requests and be able to make decisions quickly
- Complete work order assignments by using our maintenance software. Input and maintain accurate time, photos, descriptions, etc.
- Follow up on tasks that need to be vended out and/or paused for any reason
- Diagnose and repair general maintenance tasks including but not limited to drywall repairs, electrical, plumbing, WIFI, HVAC, and general handyman skills
- Installation and general maintenance of PointCentral locks
- Develop, maintain and grow relationships with outside vendors, in-house staff, and property owners
- Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal laws and safety rules
- Other duties assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Vacation rental experience or relevant experience
- 3-5 years’ general maintenance experience
- Software: Property Management software (Breezeway/PointCentral) experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
