Position Summary: ‬
‪Successful candidates will have a professional appearance and demeanor. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to the highest quality of workmanship. They will possess good organizational and communication skills and must have a passion for their work.‬‬‬‬‬

Education and/or Experience: ‬
• ‬‪High School diploma or equivalent. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
• Ability to perform quality work in carpentry, painting, drywall, etc.
• Have knowledge of the basics of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• ‬‪Minimum 5 years’ experience‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
• ‪Must be able to pass background screening and drug test‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

‪Required Licenses: ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
‬‪Current and valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
