Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and restock merchandise regularly
- Sell and ring up customers on our POS system
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Greet and direct customers
- Willing to work inside or outside as we have two store locations
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Willing to comply with daily protocol.
- Pays extreme attention to detail.
- Keeps shop clean and neat including back stock area
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Part-time hours are 20 - 30 hours per week.

Education and Experience Requirements:
1 years of retail experience is preferred but not required.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Pay is $14 - $19 / hour depending on experience. Incentives, bonuses and flexible schedule are also available!
