I'll say you guys constantly post. It can't be that great of a place to work since you're constantly looking for the same positions over and over.

Do people indicate why they leave?

Hey Matt,
We have many employees with a lot of tenure. I think some of it is the nature of the economy in our area. Many are moving to other states or to be closer to family. We also are growing and prior only had three agents and we are needing a fourth to keep up with the demand. I appreciate your question and would love for you to speak with some of our employees if you, yourself are looking for work.
