Job Description
- Oversee floor charts & reservations
- Greet guests & learn their names
- Check emails & voicemails daily
- Train staff and insure they are meeting standards
- Supervise & make schedule for door staff
- Plot reservations and waitlist on Rest
Requirements
- Full time availability, often during the evenings, weekends & Holidays
- A polite & friendly nature
- Confidence when dealing with others
- The ability to lead & motivate staff
- Must be proficient in Resy
- Must have some Hospitality experience or Host experience.
- Good communication skills
