Retail Sales Associate | Naples Soap Company

Naples Soap Company is expanding our operations and opened a new store in Santa Rosa Beach. We are seeking people-oriented and sales-driven Full-Time or Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our team!

What you’ll do:

• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Actively seek out and engage with customers in-store
• Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable on all products offered and discuss available options
• Work as a team with other sales associates to ensure proper customer service
• Build trusting relationships with customers

Requirements & Qualifications:

• You have previous experience as a sales associate
• You are proficient in the English language
• You are customer service focused
• You are Available: Saturdays and Sundays, nights, and holidays
• You are 18 years of age or older
• Direct deposit is required

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
There are additional monthly bonuses when the store reaches monthly goals.
Sign-on Bonus of $500 -1/2 paid after 90 days, 1/2 paid after 180 days.
