We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Mixologist to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft innovative and classic cocktails, provide exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in food and beverage preparation, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs, fine dining establishments, or banquet settings. Your expertise will contribute to elevating our venue’s reputation for excellence and ensuring guest satisfaction through expertly mixed drinks and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests professionally to understand their preferences and recommend drink options tailored to their tastes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; restock as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, responsible serving policies, and alcohol licensing laws.
• Collaborate with team members across food service areas to deliver seamless customer experiences during busy periods like nightlife events or banquets.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele.

Skills

• Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and food safety protocols.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures related to food safety standards.
• Experience with catering events or large-scale banquet service is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking.
• Hospitality industry experience emphasizing professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability.
