The ideal applicant will HAVE EXPERIENCE in the bar/restaurant business AND be open to learning a new style of service. This person will understand the value of hard work and be willing to adapt to the changes involved with a young business. They should be an eternal optimist and a skilled conversationalist. They should understand that certain qualities such as punctuality and accountability are essential in creating a healthy work environment. They should understand professionalism and what it means to conduct themselves in a manner that has a positive impact on their co-workers and customers. They should be able read situations and be able to anticipate customer and co-worker's needs. They should know what FIFO stands for and be familiar with other service terms such as "greet time" and "heads up bartending." They should be ready to begin working in our establishment as soon as possible yet be willing to accept a diminished role until late February.
