Bookkeeper/Controller in SRB

Full Charge Bookkeeper/Controller needed for a very fast paced transportation company based in Santa Rosa Beach. (Off Hwy98 near Hwy 393, across from Caring and Sharing)
Duties include general bookkeeping such as A/R, A/P, payroll, bank reconciliation etc Also inculdes general office duties such as answering phones, taking reservations etc
Quickbooks is a MUST. Please do not apply if you are not proficient in Quickbooks!!
After hours phone details is a must - approximately one night per week and one weekend per month. You are issued a company cell phone and the phones lines are transferred to that phone.
This is a VERY fast paced company. Multi-tasking is a MUST! Must be very detailed oriented, neat and able to work both on your own and also side by side with the owner.
Hours are Mon, Wed, Fri 9am-5pm until FEB 1st 2010 .
Hours after Feb 1 , 2010 are Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
We do not offer healthcare benefits at this time.
Pay is negotiable based on experience. 5 yrs experience is recommended.
