Registered Nursing jobs available?

I am really hoping some of you can help me and respond either PM or on here about the market for Registered Nursing jobs in the area. I want to know about the pay scale, the culture (friendly, cut throat, etc), what the nurse to patient ratio is in an acute setting and of course, availability.
