Bike Shop Attendant:
EDUCATION: Preferred high school graduate or equivalent
SKILLS: People/Service oriented; Good organizational skills; Mechanical aptitude
TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: CPR and 1st Aid Certified preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Preferred bike mechanic experience

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to homeowners, guests, and customers
Conduct repairs and maintenance of bikes
Create competitive repairs price list
Maintain tools in working order and conduct monthly tool inventory
Conduct repair parts inventory and order preparation
Maintain accurate repair records
Assist with deliveries
Assist with facility routines, bikes, programs, and special events
