Swantree is looking for a qualified intern to join our team for the Spring season. We are a property management company and manage over 75 homes along 30A, and we are seeing an intern who can assist us in preparing for both Spring and Summer season.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Assist with guests services
- Filing
- Process weekend reports
- Run general errands
- Greet incoming guests
- Light office work
Requirements
We are looking for an undergraduate student who is majoring in Business or Hospitality. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with general knowledge of the 30A area. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Microsoft office and would have experience with customer service.
Hours during the week are flexible to your schedule; however Saturday’s are required.
You must have reliable transportation.
Majors
Business, Marketing, Hospitality; other majors will be considered also
The position starts March 1[SUP]st[/SUP] and will run through mid May.
