Tommy Bahama is excited about the upcoming summer season in San Destin. To help make this year a success, we hope that employees choose to remain employed with us through the entire season. As such, we are extending a retention bonus to those employees that are hired in April 2015, and remain with Tommy Bahama in good standing through August 30, 2015.
*All Retention bonus payments will be paid by the end of September, 2015.
