Female only. Searching for a roommate for a 3/2.5 townhome that I own in Santa Rosa Beach off 98W behind Louie Louie. One room is a guest room and the other has a vacancy for a roommate. No children, no cats, dogs pending owner approval as I own a dog myself. $900 per month including utilities. Message if interested and can go from there!
