Room for rent near 30A

Hi!
I have a condo located 5 minutes from Pier Park and 10 minutes from Rosemary Beach. I am a young professional, looking for someone clean and responsible to share my condo with. The complex includes beach access, pool, and tennis courts. The room will be unfurnished, so bring what you need. The rest of the condo is fully furnished. I also have 3 cats that share the home. So must love cats! (They are the sweet nice kind! Lol)
Rent is 975 a month and that includes everything! I will run a background check, and I would prefer females only please!
You will have your own bathroom as well
Thank you!
