Hi everyone! Small family (mom, dad & our 2 year old son) currently living in Atlanta looking for a long term rental preferably in Destin Pointe community (will consider purchasing in this community as well for the right home! LMK if you know any coming soon’s!!!) but as far as renting will consider other surrounding areas up & down SOWAL/30a. We have been renting the same condo in Buckhead North Atlanta for the past 5 years and can provide excellent referral from landlord. Husband is able to run his company remotely. Looking to move in by end of March.

For renting- price negotiable
Need:
3 bedrooms
4th bedroom or area for playroom/play area
Basement or office area
Plus:
Screened porch
Small pool
Close to beach
Gated community/security

For buying in Destin Pointe-
450-850k (pre-approved, no contingencies)
*all of the above wanted to purchase
