Long Term Rental Needed ASAP

I'm looking for a long term rental in the South Walton area to move in on April 10 if possible. This date can be flexible if needed. Preferably a 2-bedroom but a 1-bedroom would also work. It needs to be unfurnished and pet friendly. I recently accepted a VP of Marketing position on 30A and will need to move in two weeks. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
