1-3 bedroom condo or townhouse

Looking for anywhere between a 3 to 12 month rental. We are a retired couple, considering moving back to the area in the next year or so and would like to rent for a while first. We were previously located in Seagrove so that is our first love, but anywhere along or near 30A would work!
