Hello. Our family is relocating to Inlet beach June 1st and our son, who is 18 (almost 19), is relocating with us but looking for his own place to rent. We’ve been searching for options that are reasonably priced for an 18 year old without compromising safety. Are there any rental options off the beaten path I may be overlooking? Where do young people live? Service industry workers? There must be something somewhere...right!?

North Santa Rosa Beach north of 98 between 393 and 331 has some cheaper places - old homes, mobile homes ...
The apartments and townhouses for rent in South Walton are all relatively new and expensive.
