Room at The Southern

I have a room available at The Southern for a lease through November. Move in date is flexible! It’s a 2b/2b so you’d have your own space. The kitchen & living areas will be mostly fully furnished. Rent is ~$900/month + electric. I have a dog so I’d prefer no other pets. I’m looking for a quiet, clean, responsible, wholesome adult. An application through the leasing office for a background/credit check is required. Pics available on their website! Text/call me if you’d like more details 770-820-7083!
