3-4 BDR Santa Rosa Beach Area

Hi!! Looking for 3/4 BDR 2 BA single family home with garage and fenced in backyard in the SRB area. Would consider Freeport as well. Unfurnished preferred but washer/dryer would be a bonus. Ancient yorkiepoo friendly lol. $3000 monthly budget preferred with a small bit of wiggle room. Work in Seagrove and we have been in the area since 2009. Great references both professional and rental. Current lease is ending August 15th but can move sooner if we can find the right place. Any advice and/or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!
