Carriage house rental

I am a young professional who is just getting started in the area. I am hoping to find a carriage house, long term, that is connected to a rental property that I could assist the owner in caring for, since I am working with a tight budget but need to be close to work. I am looking for something pretty specific but have quite a while to find something so am in no rush. Please reach out if you are interested or know anyone that would be.

I am extremely responsible and respectful and would put as much care into your property as I know you would.
