We would like to stay on or around 30A in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment or house starting February for a year lease. We have excellent credit, do not smoke or have any pets. I have a 3/2.5 ( possible 4th bed) renovated home with 2 car garage in Escada on the lake available for rent- neighborhood has swim, tennis, Bball court, clubhouse and walk or bike to beach and Van Butler Elementary .
