We are in the process of completing construction which will include an approx 450sf furnished studio apartment carriage house. Running into a few COVID related supply delays, so the earliest it will be ready is probably May/June. Santa Rosa Beach near Gulf View Heights beach access. We will be offering for rental closer to completion.
