Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Primrose in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. It has a perfect location, 15 min to Destin and 30a both ways. It's on the 3rd floor -- It's absolutely stunning & I am obsessed with it but personal circumstances have changed and I am looking for someone who can make it their own. 10 months left! $1960/mo

I would like to have it leased as soon as possible but I will need to check with the complex on how soon it can be accomplished. At the latest, move-in should be about 3 weeks.
