Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my 3rd floor unit at Primrose in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. It the a perfect location -- 15 min to Destin and 30a both ways. It's absolutely stunning & I am in love with it but I will be moving very soon and I am looking for someone who can make it their own. 9 months left! $1960/mo I would like to have it leased as soon as possible. More details: It has an enormous chef's kitchen, walk-in closet, stand up shower, balcony, etc. If you navigate to their website & choose the A2 floorplan, you have an option to watch a video tour of the unit for a better visual!
