Hi! We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath place in the Prominence on 30A by WAtersound Beach. It is south of 98. We don't normally accept pets but would consider it for you. You should post a budget range and be specific about number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

4k a month . 1-2 year lease. Preferably not furnished. I would be open to point Washington as well!

The Lofts at Seacrest Beach has apartment homes available and we are pet friendly. We do not currently have any 3 bedrooms available but we do have 2 bedrooms almost ready for move in. We feature a pool, community activities, deeded beach access, access controlled entry, and an outside kitchen area with fire pit and gas grills. Tenant screening, needs to be have verifiable income for the time period or pay in advance, respectful, clean, no smoking in the house, but there are porches you can sit on outside if you are clean about that. Open to the best match. No illegal drugs, not 420 friendly on property.
Open to discuss deposit, first, and last months' rent. Willing to discuss short term or long term, $1,450 utilities included, but no cable and willing to share cable if cable is an interest item. Military friendly.

Hi - we have a unfurnished home with fenced in yard in a swim tennis neighborhood with dog walk areas and playground. There is a path to 30-A and the beach. The house is available Dec. 18th . We have another house for an interim stay if you needed to move before December. Please let me know.
