Hi we lease units in the area and then short term them. You get less wear and tear, you’re paid by a reputable company not an individual and you can still use the unit sometimes. We do this with several condos in Destin and one in Seagrove. Let me know if this interests you?

That would take the worry out of adding on or deducting from the rent the short term rental tax that would be do in those situations.

Nope, but bed tax applies to any rental in the county shorter than 6 months and a day. A lot of the new folks here don't know that.

Guests pay all taxes it’s never paid by owners or rental companies.

I understand how it works. Some owners prefer to include the tax in the overall rate was my only point.
