$1,000 month includes everything. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I'm a single professional, with a very sweet lab. Access to whole house including washer/dryer, all kitchen ware. I'm looking for more of a roommate situation, 4-6 months. Possibly longer for the right person. Very safe neighborhood with a fenced in back yard and community pool.
