Would you consider a 2 year lease? Is there a garage?

The house does not have a garage, but does have an artist/storage shed in the fenced back yard. The lease is 12 months, but there would be an opportunity for a renewal for an additional 12 months (and even beyond that possibly). If you want to send a DM with email I can send you photos and address to review. Currently tenant occupied.
