I am a former resident of 30A and I'm wanting to move back to the area and just wanted to see if anyone had any plans on renting out their carriage house, garage apartment or house in the near future. Hello! I am a previous resident of 30A and am looking to move back to the area. I am looking for a carriage house or something similar. I would like to stay under $2,000 per month but can be flexible for the right place. I am looking for a minimum of a 12 month lease term and I can be flexible on the move in date as well.
