I'm moving to the area and am interested in a small 1 or 2 bedroom house/condo for long term rent. furnished or not doesn't matter but relatively close to the water is important!!

Hi Bailey. A friend sent me this link today. I have a townhome in Destin that is for rent (6 month or a year). It is 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. The complex (called Mossey Cove) is on the bay, and my unit overlooks the pool. My renter of 5 years was transferred to California with her job. It has had a total facelift.....new carpet, pergo, all new paint, also has a washer and dryer. I haven't advertised yet.

Hi, I have a 3 BR 2 bath condo at Seagrove Beach, a short walk to the beach, about a mile from Seaside on 30-A. Nearby restraunts and coffee house make it a prime location. It is on the second floor of a 4 story building backed by a state forest. Quiet. I am renting thru Beach Rentals of South Walton, 1-888-541-0801. Search H1202 (Seagrove Highlands, unit 1202). Hey :welcome:Bailey :wave: Do you have any pets? My place is available but unfortunately our HOA prohibits renters from having pets. It's a grayt location though. www.seacrestinsouthwalton.com. It's a 2BR, @1/2 bath townhouse. 1240sq. ft. right across 30-A from the beach. :chill:

I have a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo available. It was just repainted and is available immediately. It is located close to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The beach is also a few minutes down the road. The complex includes a swimming pool and gym.

I have a one bedroom (king bed)/one bath condo available in mid Destin. Completely furnished including a washer and dryer. Three pools on the complex, one is within steps of the front door. I have a fully furnished 3 BR, 2 BA unit in Seagrove Beach. Just a 4-5 minute walk to the beach, has pool, lake, plenty of parking, elevator, screen porch, internet, etc. You can see more at www.rentalsmadeeasy.com , listing #534.

When is yours available? I am looking for something this size and need to be in before the end of Dec. as I am starting a new job in Jan. I am resposible. How much are you asking for the unit. Thanks.
