Looking for a LTR near Hulburt Field

Professional family looking for a 3/2/2 with fenced in backyard for 3+ years. My husband got a job offer in Hulburt Field and we would like to be within a 30 minute driving distance. Very respectable and clean people. We would need an unfurnished (although appliances are okay) and small pet friendly. We are looking to move Nov 24, 2007. We would like to keep the monthly rent under $1200.
