Square footage about 576 heated and cooled.
Does not include decks and garage.
Electric runs usually between $60 to $120 depending on how cool or how hot you want it.
:idontno:If you want to leave the door open to cool and heat the great outdoors it is more.

Had contacted you previously about your space being for rent and will be in Seaside within the next few days. Was wondering if I could get a phone number and directions from you, if the space is still available. My email is begonia22@gmail.com
Thanks
