The upstairs unit of our duplex on Eastern Lake Rd. will become available for long term rental March 1. It is a 2BR/1.5BA with beautiful Gulf views. It's in a quiet area SOUTH of 30-A, yet close to everything. Monthly rent is $1,000. We will offer an additional $50 monthly discount with early payment of rent.
