For those of you who have been asking, yes, small pets will be considered with a pet deposit.

how much deposit?
it says as low as $1200, is that for a 1 or 2 bedroom?
if for a 1, how much is a 2 bedroom?
what type of process is there for approval?
and approximately how long of a walk to the beach?
