I will be working at Big Kahunas in Destin this summer.
I live in Alabama but lived in Destin last summer.
I can not sign a lease longer than 6 moths because I will be leaving for the Navy a soon as the lease is up.
I don't smoke and although I have a small pug I don't have to bring her.

LOOKING FOR
  • 1 BEDROOM
  • STUDIO
  • ROOM FOR RENT (PREFERABLY NOT BUT IF ITS A GOOD DEAL WITH DECENT PEOPLE IM INTERESTED!)
  • WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF DESTIN
  • PREFER FURNISHED
  • AROUND $500-$700 RENT
  • NO MORE THAN $800 WITH UTILITIES

Just a helpful tip - make sure your lease is written and is at least 6 months plus at least one day. This will legally exempt you and your landlord from paying lodging taxes. 11% in Walton, 10% in Okaloosa. :cool:

I had heard something about that which is why I am waiting on signing my day to shipout. But I did not know the details about 6 months and a day. Thanks
