Hey, my name is Brian... I work for a local Architecture firm in SRB... I currently live in PCB.. I'm looking for a long term rental in the 30A / Santa Rosa Beach area... 2 / 3 bedrooms, garage, fenced yard a plus. I prefer hardwood floors and granite counter-tops, but would make an exception for a really stellar home. Please feel free to email me with any listings...

Thanks much...
