Need Studio/Place to work 30-A

I am looking for a very long term rental to be used as a place to live but mainly a place to work. I like Gulf Place and the Watercolor area. I care for the elderly but am never home and need a place close by so I can work on administrative business and be close to my clients on 30-A at a moments notice.
