Mother-n-law apt.

from the nanny/teacher looking for a carriage...

hi! is this the same one you're advertising as a carriage house for rent in 'old seaside'? if so, i got your message and recorded your number. these sort of sound like the same places. either way, maybe you have another and i can view that as well. i'm looking all over, but the carriage house idea seems like the best thing for me...small, quaint, simple, low impact, and doable with a teacher's salary...

i'll call you early on tuesday and we can set up a time!

thanks,
natalie

Want to make it a daughter-in-law apartment?

You can be my Daughter-n-law Kim. You can live here and my son in Lake City, that should work out great.:floor:

Mother-n-law is the first floor on my house that I live in (with it's own entrance) and the Carriage house is over garage and includes 2 car garage.

The place comes furnished or I can store what you don't want.
