Need 3rd Roommate - Sandestin ASAP

Hey guys, my roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for our 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath house on the 18th hole of the Raven Golf Course in Laurel Grove in Sandestin. Rent is $600/month, cable is included and utilities usually run aroun $35. It is an awesome house, available immediately! Let me know if you're interested and I can email pictures and/or answer any questions.

Thanks,
