I'm moving down from Birmingham in the next few weeks and am looking for something comfortable like a 1 bedroom/1 bath (unfurnished) to accommodate myself and my 24lb female Beagle.

Looking forward to becoming yet another Birmingham expatriate in the Sowal area :D

You'd have half of the house and the pet deposit is already paid. I also have a soft spot for beagles in particular ;) The rent is only $750 a month pp and includes all utilities (minus cable/internet-$33)
