Grayton 1br carriage house

does that mean no guests?

Not at all...it is a studio..about 500 sq ft.

So one guest?

Hey baby. How you doin'? I'd ask you to come back to my place but my landlord said I'm not allowed to have guests...

hahaha

Is this still available? If so, could I look at it sometime today. I need a place ASAP, starting a new job and new to the area. Thanks. I am a 49 year old, non smoker, no pets, very clean, quiet and responsible. Please give me a call at 478/550-0493 if it is available.

Thanks! Brenn
